I've had vB-Drupal running on a dev site for some time (vBDrupal-1-2-5 I think) and up until a day or so it ran beautifully.
Tonight, about an hour after I asked someone to take a look at it, I opened it up and to my horror I found it had been completely stripped of all theming. I can read text on the main page but that is about it. What's more, all my links take me to the wrong folder.
Should be: http://www.mysite.com/dev/drupal/cgi-system/?q=admin
Now it's: http://www.mysite.com/cgi-system/?q=admin
Edit: My bad, I realized that when I installed MediaWiki through my host's one-click system, I had let it change my PHP as CGI setting. Vague sense of danger dismissed as mere paranoia.
