Can't seem to find the step(s) for upgrading from vBDrupal-1-2-5 to 1.3.2.

These are the general steps to upgrade:
1. Upload the new drupal files to overwrite the old ones.
2. Import the product-drupal.xml file through the product manager import page. Select "yes" to overwrite.
3. Check for any updated vbdrupal_* templates through the template diff tool, to see if you need to revert or update.

Can any one help me, with some idea on how to accompolish the import of data from vBJournals to vBDrupal

I'm afraid you would have to create that import process. As far as I know there is no import process from vbJournals to vbdrupal.
