Is it OK to use the Marvin figure ( Drupal Masscot ) in my site images and logos ??
Samples below....
I just don't want to do anything thats considered wrong.

I would check with drupal.org before I used it for anyting that is not directly related to drupal - like mp3s. :)

I'm afraid I can't help with this one. I have no idea if it is legal to use the Drupal logo or not.

I Did, and this is the reply : As stated in their response; you need to rise the question through one of the many channels mentioned. Drupal.org forums or open a support ticket might be the quickest. Goto: www.drupal.org (http://www.drupal.org)
drupals default skin is copyright there logo would likely be as well.
