vbDrupal is a fork from the Drupal CMS which integrates Drupal with the vBulletin forum software. All third party modules and themes for Drupal should also work with this version of vbDrupal.

This version of vbDrupal is based on Drupal version 5.6. It has been designed to work with vBulletin version 3.6 and 3.7. A copy of the vBulletin software is required in order to use this piece of software.

Download vbDrupal 5.6.0 (https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=158575&package_id=228684&release_id=568048)

This release contains a number of security related bug fixes. It is strongly recommended to update to this version.
When doing an upgrade from a 4.7 release, first test it on a copy of the site.

After updating I get tis one...

Fatal error: Call to a member function query_read() on a non-object in /web/1/000/022/087/45133/htdocs/modules/vbcore/vbcore.module on line 246

Working fine, but any updates on further development?

I know elm is busy, but a status update even saying that would be nice :)

Drupal 6 is already out, and I guess they're already working on 7. I don't know why they keep doing this so fast, but they do

as a fork, vbdrupal will necessarily be behind the curve, and as you noted, drupal has ramped the curve some by churning them out.

in some ways, though, being a bit behind the curve is helpful in my opinion, as it gives modules a chance to catch up and debug for the new versions before they hit our installs... ;)

Yeah, I'm more interested in feature implementations and bug fixes than updating to 6 or 7 :)

I sent elm a PM with some suggestions for the next build awhile back but never heard anything

I went from 4.7 to 5.6 and it's quite an upgrade(I mean it looks a lot more refined and solid)! Thanks for the hard work!!

If you didn't know, 5.7 is out, just without a release announcement. You can get it at sourceforge.
