subscription memberships

Tried to post in bugs ... but don't have the permissions to do so ... you may want to look into that ADMIN ... however ... I have a problem ... I offer two paid subscriptions on my site ... when a user pays to be a member ... their name drops off the Member List on the site .... why is that ... and how can I fix that ... also possibly to show that the member is a Paid Member ????

Is this the vBulletin member list?

If so go to your admincp in vbulletin, click on usergroup->usergroup manager and edit the usergroup. Make sure "Viewable on the Memberlist" is checked.
