I'm looking to move my relatively large site (12,000 user sessions a day) currently using UBB 5, and 1,000 static pages, with 120 Movable Type 1.3 blogs, possibly to Drupal and definitely vBulletin. We are very much a "Community" type site, run by me, with lots of contributors. vBulletin is pretty much sorted, though the "look" or theme/skin isn't there yet.

vbDrupal is VERY interesting - and so is CivicSpaces. I can easily use both - or I'd LIKE to :)

CAN I? If so, what is the installation order? What do I need to know? Help! Just getting started...

Anyone that's an expert here, there might be some $ available to get started. :)

thanks, Grant

I can't help you with civicspaces as I have never used it, but vbulletin + vbdrupal scales amazingly well and used a lot less server resources than any other CMS I have tried. (NOTE: I have watchdog turned off as it can be a bit of a resource drain on large sites).

From what I understand, CivicSpace is Drupal plus some modules and themes.
