There's a new book entry added:

Drupal Modules that do not work with vbDrupal (http://www.vbdrupal.org/node/16)

The following Drupal modules do not work with vbDrupal:
Comic (http://drupal.org/node/26752)
Project (http://drupal.org/project/project)
Checkout (http://drupal.org/node/31839) (sort of works, but generates errors on seemingly-random occasons)
Contact Directory (http://drupal.org/node/15863)
Delicious (http://drupal.org/project/delicious)
E-Commerce (http://drupal.org/project/ecommerce) (5% tested, good so far, but probably will not work at payment stage or for auctions, according to Tamarian)

I think you can add civicrm to this list- I tried to install, and got an error relating to menu items.

go ahead and add the syndication module as not working with vbDrupal. I made a post about it on the original vbDrupal thread: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?p=874463#post874463

Any other problem reports with CiviCRM? We were thinking of trying out CiviCRM next month.

I'd like to have Drupal, a shop and a forum.

What would be the best way to have this?

Generally, I'd love to have vBulletin, but can I use the shop then?
Are there any 'shop' addons to vBulletin?

Perhaps you could fix vbdrupal to work with the e-commerce module?

Thanks.
