vbDrupal looks like exactly what I need.
I am sold on adding vbDrupal to my forums, but I am debating whether I should wait. Should I wait until there is a vbDrupal for Drupal 4.7?

I intend to do a bunch of skin and layout customizing and I don't want to have to redo it to take advantage of some features coming in 4.7.

If did install the current vbDrupal, will it be a somewhat easy upgrade to a version using 4.7.

I just looking for some insight to help my decision.

Thanks!

The current plan is to wait with development of the 4.7 port of vbdrupal until drupal 4.7 has been released. Ofcourse we will try to make the upgrade as painless as possible (we all have our own sites that also have to be upgraded).

How is it going? Any news?

I am not asking for 4.7 immediately, but just want some updates if possible :o

Well, I'm working on the 4.7 port, that's about the only news I've got. I'm not going to give a ETA, it all depends on the time I have to work on it.
That's about it.

El Muerte- For us non-CVS skilled, could you put up a rough 4.7 integration just so we can start fiddling around with it? I for one can't handle CVS to save my life.

Or- when do you think that'll be released?

user's unable to handle cvs shouldn't be having access to "nightly builds" for example... security! just wait until 4.7 goes GOLD...
