Kinda funny, I entered "permissions" in the homepage search box here & got the "Access denied" page.
While I'm suggesting silly stuff, the navigation is a little rough since "modules that work" got bumped off of the index. I've been clicking on the 'don't work' just to get to the 'works'.

Try this:
Click on the + beside Manuals, then select Drupal Modules
Cool, thanks. You might consider setting that to "expanded" for dummies like me.
I understand the value in home page real estate, but this would trump "who's new" in my opinion.
