My Whos Online block just shows everyone as a guest, im using VBB 3.6.
Anybody know why ?

the who's online data is retrieved directly from the vbulletin session tables, so apperently nobody is logged in according to vbulletin.

I just checked on vbdrupal it shows 12 guests online but when i go on the vbb it shows 2 registered users (one being me) and 9 guests.

are they hidden? the vbdrupal who's online doesn't show hidden users for administrators like vbulletin does

It looks like you downloaded the wrong language pack. Be sure to download language packags for Drupal 4.7 and not Drupal 5.
In Drupal 5 they changed how text is formatted (e.g. %foo and @bar produce different results) making it very incompatible with Drupal 4.7
