Installing memcache?

Hey,

how can I patch the files for the memcache module?

I tried to change it by hand, but i got an error on mainpage (it was a "Fatal error...")

There is a mismatch between where the patch file is and where the file to be patched is, so the command won't work. to solve you either need to change location of the patch file and change the form of the command to sync them up.I have shown your link.It is very useful to installing patch file.
